House Rules

Dear guests, we want you to feel completely at home with us. To ensure a relaxing environment for everyone in the guesthouse and our sports facilities, we have summarized the most important information and house rules for you. Thank you very much for your cooperation and consideration!

 

1. Arrival/Departure (Check-in / Check-out) and Quiet Hours

  • Check-in & Check-out: Your room will be ready from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Please vacate the room by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

  • Quiet Hours: In the interest of all guests, quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM.

  • Main Entrance: The main building closes at 10:30 PM. If you plan to arrive back later, please arrange this with us in advance.

2. Leisure and Sports Facilities

  • Use of Facilities: The use of the facilities is free for our guests and is at your own risk. Keys and equipment are available at the bar/reception.

  • Swimming Pool (07:00 AM – 09:00 PM): Depth 1.40 meters. Children under 14 years may only use the pool when accompanied by an adult.

  • Hygiene & Safety: For safety and hygiene reasons, it is prohibited to enter the guesthouse in wet swimwear or barefoot. Please wear pool shoes/slippers.

  • Tennis & Volleyball (08:00 AM – 09:00 PM): Please pick up the key at the bar. The tennis courts can also be rented to external guests.

  • Table Tennis (08:00 AM – 10:00 PM): Rackets and balls are available at the bar.

  • Note: Please leave the sports facilities clean and tidy. Any damage to nets or equipment must be reported immediately.

3. Gastronomy, Catering and Waste Separation

  • Breakfast: Daily from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM. Please pre-register on the provided form the day before (by 8:00 PM).

  • Room Equipment: The rooms do not have cooking facilities and are only partially equipped with a refrigerator (see room category description).

  • Safety: Using your own electric kettles is prohibited for fire safety reasons. Certified rental kettles are available at the bar.

  • Waste Separation: Please separate cans, glass, and plastic bottles. Food scraps must go exclusively in the marked compost bin.

4. Safety, Order and other guidelines

  • Smoking Ban: According to Italian law (Art. 51 L. 3/2003), a strict smoking ban (including e-cigarettes/vapes) applies in all interior spaces.

  • Fire Protection: Open fires (candles, incense sticks) are strictly prohibited in the rooms.

  • Inventory: Furniture and equipment must not be removed from the rooms. Please report any defects or damage immediately at the bar. Guests are fully liable for any damage to the furnishings caused intentionally or through negligence.

  • Sustainability: Please turn off the lights and electrical devices when leaving the room.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room or pool area. Leads are mandatory throughout the entire premises.

  • Visitors: The facilities are reserved for house guests only. Visitors must be registered at the bar (fees may apply).

5. Liability, Internet and Emergency Management

  • Liability: We accept no liability for valuables left in rooms or for vehicles (including bicycles) left in the car park.

  • Room Key: In case of loss, the guest is liable for the replacement costs.

  • Right of Management: In the event of serious violations of the house rules or unlawful behaviour, the management reserves the right to evict the guest.

  • Internet Usage: Guests are legally responsible for all activities carried out via their access, especially copyright infringements.

  • Emergency Number: Fire Department/Ambulance: 112.

  • Emergency Behavior: Please stay calm and follow the evacuation plans displayed on the room doors.
