Rooms & Prices

We offer cozy rooms with private bathrooms (shower and toilet, no bidet) without TV. You can book single, double and multi-bed rooms, some with a terrace/balcony with a wonderful view of the South Tyrolean lowlands.

There is a large communal terrace on the 1st floor. The 3 rooms on the 1st floor have direct access to the shared terrace .

All rooms in our house are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and terrace.

Room prices on request - from €35.00 (BozenCard included!!!)

• Rooms can be booked with or without breakfast
• Minimum stay two nights
• 5% discount on our rooms for a minimum stay of 4 nights
• 10% discount on our rooms for a minimum stay of 6 nights
• The single room supplement is 15%.
• Room cleaning from the 4th day of your stay - additional cleaning on request and against payment

A local tax is charged for all persons aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and must be paid in cash on site.

Discount for children in the parents' bedroom (valid for 2 full-paying adults)

• FREE until your 2nd birthday
• up to the 7th birthday 50% discount
• up to the 14th birthday 20% discount

Pets can only be taken with you by prior arrangement. Price per night on request.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Low season (from March to May and from October to November)

• You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the planned arrival date.

• less than 14 days we will keep the deposit as a cancellation fee.

High season (from June to September)

• You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the planned arrival date.

• less than 30 days we will keep the deposit as a cancellation fee.

Deposit : 30% of the total amount of the stay

Means of payment: cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) & ATM. No checks.

On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10 a.m. at the latest . If you arrive after 8 p.m., we ask that you notify us in good time.

Opening times : Our house closes at 10.30 p.m. in the evening - later closing times must be agreed in good time.

There are enough parking spaces available to our guests free of charge.
