Directions to our guesthouse

Our guesthouse is a 10-minute drive from Leifers and a 20-minute drive from the Bolzano-South motorway exit.

ATTENTION: We can only be reached by car, the nearest public transport connection is a 10-minute drive (5 km mountain road) and a 1-hour walk (450 m elevation gain).

 

Arriving by car:

Motorway A22 - exit Bolzano-South, continue on the state road SS12 towards Trento, through a 2 km long tunnel towards Laives/Leifers, after the tunnel turn right and at the roundabout take the 4th exit "La Costa - Seit", drive up the hill, after about 4.5 km you will find our guesthouse on the right.

 

Arriving by train:

Coming from the north: Innsbruck - Brenner - Bolzano main station
Coming from the south: Verona - Bolzano main station

Arriving by plane:

Bolzano Airport is about 15 minutes away by car.
Innsbruck Airport is about 1.5 to 2 hours away by car.
Verona Airport is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours away by car.

NEW: HIKING BUS TO SEIT

From March 1st, 2026 to October 31st, 2026, a hiking bus will run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from Leifers to Seit (the bus stop is 150 meters from our inn) - free of charge with the Bolzano Card.

No services on Wednesdays and Sundays.
